Want a shot at winning up to $25,000 in cash or prizes? It's simple! Here are the steps:

1. "Like" Intrepid Sportswear on Facebook OR follow us on Twitter to be eligible to receive any prize(s) you might win.
2. Head to http://www.runyourpool.com/join.cfm.
3. Enter the following info: Pool ID (15286) and Pool Password (showmethemoney).
4. Fill out the form information, including a personal username and password.
5. Make your bracket selections by 12:15 PM EST on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
6. Share your bracket on Facebook or Twitter, invite your friends to compete in the challenge too, and stay tuned to find out if you won!

Prizes

Grand Prize | $25,000 cash The entry that correctly predicts every game winner will win the grand prize. In order to win the grand prize, the entry must have a perfect bracket for the whole tournament.

First Place Prize | $2,500 cash The entry with the most points at the end of the tournament will win our first place prize. The entry that scores the most points out of 192 possible points will win. In the event of any tie(s), winners will be determined using the tiebreakers outlined in our Official Rules.

Daily Prizes | Autographed Sports Gear Daily prizes will be awarded through random drawings or through contests on our Facebook or Twitter pages. In order to receive prize, entries must meet the eligibility requirements indicated in our Official Rules.

Q: Do I have to pay or buy anything to participate?
A: Absolutely not! Participation is free. Just make sure to "like" us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.

Q: Can I change my picks?
A: You may change your picks as often as you'd like until the bracket locks at 12:15 PM EST on Thursday, March 15, 2012. After that, you will not be able to make changes to your bracket.

Q: What do I get if I win?
A: If you submit a perfect bracket, you win $25,000! Otherwise, if you end up with the highest score among all eligible entrants, you will receive $2,500. Or if you are selected as a daily prize winner, you may win autographed sports gear or special March Madness basketball shorts from Intrepid Sportswear.

Q: What kind of daily prizes are there?
A: We'll have prizes such as shorts, posters, and mini-basketballs autographed by NBA power forward Jon Brockman to give away as well as other sports gear such as our world-famous Intrepid Sportswear shorts.

Q: How do I win a daily prize?

Q: Who's eligible to participate?
A: You must be at least 18 years old, be a legal resident within the 50 states and the District of Columbia, and "like" or follow us on Facebook or Twitter.

Q: Could I win both the Grand Prize and First Place Prize?
A: Sadly, no. If you somehow score perfect bracket, you would win the Grand Prize, and the next highest score would win the First Place Prize. You can, however, win both a daily prize and the Grand Prize or First Place Prize.

Official Contest Rules

1. Description. No purchase is necessary to participate or win. The Intrepid Sportswear 2012 "Brockness" Bracket Challenge ("Contest") is an online challenge where participants predict the outcome of the 2012 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament. The Contest sponsor is Intrepid Sportswear ("Sponsor"). The Contest will be run through RunYourPool.com with Intrepid Sportswear as the Contest Adminstrator ("Administrator"). The Contest is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by (in any way, shape, or form) the National Collegiate Athletic Association ("NCAA"). All images, references, or associations with Jon Brockman are used with express written consent of Jon Brockman and his agency, Wasserman Media Group, LLC, and may not be copied, duplicated, or disseminated in any way, shape, or form without the express prior written consent of Jon Brockman and his agency. This Contest is designed strictly for entertainment purposes and is not intended for any form of gambling or wagering purposes. This Contest is in no way endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (Washington, DC) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or such later age of majority as may be established in the state that the entrant resides in as of the day of his/her entry ("Entrants"). Residents of Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and any foreign territories are not eligible to participate. Employees of the Sponsor and Administrator and their immediate family or household members are also not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" shall be considered as parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses. "Household members" shall be considered as anyone who resides more than three (3) months out of the year with the Employee.

3. Timing. The Contest will run from Feb. 22, 2012, 12 pm EST until April 2, 2012 (or when the Tournament ends). Entries must be received by the start of the first game on Mar. 13, 2012, or when the first game tips off. Daily prizes shall be awarded beginning on or around Mar. 13, 2012, subject to change at the Sponsor's discretion.

4. How to Play.
a. General. The goal of the Contest is to accumulate the most points among eligible pool members by correctly predicting the winners of the sixty-three (63) games of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

b. Follow Intrepid Sportswear on Social Media Platforms. In order to be eligible to win a prize, Entrants must "like" Intrepid Sportswear on Facebook or follow Intrepid Sportswear on Twitter.

c. Registration. Entrants must register at RunYourPool.com and enter the following info: Pool ID (15286) and Pool Password (showmethemoney) in order to participate in the Contest. No purchase is necessary to register, participate, or win a prize. Entrants will receive info and directions on how to make selections on the Administrator's site.

d. Selection. Once teams have been entered into the 2012 NCAA Bracket on Selection Sunday, Entrants will be able to make their selections. Selections must be completed by the start of the first game of the tournament in order to be eligible for prize considerations.

e. Administration. The administration of the contest will be run by RunYourPool.com. Any questions regarding picks, technical issues, etc. should be directed to them.

f. Communication. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter pages for constant updates about the Contest and daily prizes.

5. Scoring/Tiebreakers. Entrants will earn points based upon correct predictions made during each round of the tournament. The number of points per correct pick will increase with each round of the tournament. The scoring breakdown shall be as follows:

Round	Points per pick
First Round	1 point for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)
Round of 32	2 points for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)
Sweet Sixteen	4 points for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)
Elite Eight	8 points for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)
Final Four	16 points for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)
Championship	32 points for each correct pick (32 points maximum possible)

A maximum of 192 points is possible if an Entrant picks every selection correctly. In the event of a tie, ties shall be broken in the following order of tiebreakers:

   Tiebreaker #1 Closest prediction to the actual points scored by both teams (i.e. combined points) in the championship game without exceeding the total points scored.
   Tiebreaker #2 Number of points scored in Round 6 (Championship).
   Tiebreaker #3 Number of points scored in Round 5 (Final Four).
   Tiebreaker #4 Number of points scored in Round 4 (Elite Eight).
   Tiebreaker #5 Number of points scored in Round 3 (Sweet Sixteen).
   Tiebreaker #6 Number of points scored in Round 2 (Round of 32).
   Tiebreaker #7 Number of points scored in Round 1 (First Round).
   Tiebreaker #8 Earliest submission time and date of picks.

In all cases, the Entry that does not win a tiebreaker shall be eliminated from consideration.

6. Prizes. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes from Intrepid Sportswear is $28,305. Intrepid Sportswear will award one (1) "Grand Prize" to the Entrant who submits a perfect tournament bracket (correct predictions for every game of the tournament, e.g. 192 points total), and one (1) "First Place Prize" to the Entrant who accumulates the most points during the Promotion Period (and wins any pending tiebreaker). Note: The same Entrant may not win more than one (1) prize (regardless of place).

Daily Prizes will be awarded by Intrepid Sportswear through random drawing among all eligible entries or through contests on Intrepid Sportswear social media platforms. Daily Prizes will include, among sports paraphernalia, sports gear autographed by Jon Brockman and basketball shorts from Intrepid Sportswear.

   Grand Prize Winner (One): $25,000.00 cash (ARV: $25,000.00)
   1st Place Prize Winner (One): $2,500.00 cash (ARV: $2,500.00)
   Daily Prize Winners (Twenty-three): $35 each (ARV: $805.00)

To receive a prize, all Entrants must either "like" the Intrepid Sportswear Facebook page or follow the Intrepid Sportswear Twitter account.

7. Winner Selection/Notification. All selected winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize will only be awarded in the event an Entrant submits a perfect bracket, i.e. correctly predicts all sixty-three (63) match ups in the Tournament. The Entrant with the highest point total at the end of the Contest (or tiebreaker, if necessary) will be awarded the First Place Prize, subject to verification.

Daily prizes will be awarded through a random drawing of all Entrants once selections have been locked or through contests on Intrepid Sportswear social media platforms, subject to change at Sponsor's discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for daily prizes. Winning a daily prize will not preclude eligible Entrants from being considered for the Grand Prize or First Place Prize.

Winners will be contacted via email at the email address used to register for the Contest. Daily winners shall be notified within one (1) business day of their selection. Selected winners must respond (as directed) within seventy-two (72) hours of first notification. Failure to respond in a timely manner to first attempted notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Forfeited prizes may be awarded to an alternate Entrant by random drawing or through a contest on social media platforms at the Sponsor's discretion.

Grand Prize and First Place Prize winners will be notified via email at the email address used to register for the Contest on or around April 10, 2012. Grand Prize and First Place Prize winners will be required to verify their eligibility and to execute before a notary public an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release ("Prize Claiming Documents"). The Prize Claiming Documents must be returned within ten (10) days.

Grand Prize and First Place Prize winners will be required to submit a valid social security number for tax-reporting purposes and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor before the prize is awarded. Prizes will not be awarded until all required Prize Claiming Documents are properly completed and returned within the time frame allotted.

8. Affidavit of Eligibility/Releases. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release shall be in a form supplied by Sponsor and shall recite the winning Entrants compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth above. In addition, the winner's acceptance of the grand prize, first place prize, or any other prize shall constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the prize winner's name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and identify winner's city and state address in any and all forms of media without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Each entrant in the Intrepid Sportswear 2012 "Brockness" Bracket Challenge, including each prize winner, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor and Administrator, and any related entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injury, or damage of any kind to the Entrant, including any personal injury or property damages arising in any way, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest or acceptance and use of any of the prizes awarded and entrant's participation in any activity related to this contest.

9. Conditions of Participation. By entering into this contest, each Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by the rules and eligibility requirements set forth herein, and by the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which shall be conclusive and binding.

The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any errors in any entries whether or not caused by the entrant or any equipment or internet malfunctions.

Each Entrant understands and agrees that should this contest be challenged by any legal authority, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or change the contest to comply with such legal authority, or to disqualify those entrants who reside in the geographic area governed by the legal authority challenging the contest. Entrant agrees that in such event, the Sponsor and Administrator and their agents and employees shall have no liability to any entrant who is disqualified due to such legal challenge.

10. Privacy Policy. Sponsor's privacy policy applies to information, including contact information, collected about each Entrant as a result of their participation in this contest. Sponsor agrees that the information received about each Entrant will be used only to provide services requested by the Entrant, and to tell Entrant about offers that Sponsor believes may be of value to the Entrant. Sponsor will not share any information provided by an Entrant with any third parties, unless Entrant consents to such sharing. Sponsor intends to send follow up emails (no more than six in a year) to Entrants. Any Entrant that does not want to receive said emails may opt out by contacting Sponsor to be removed from the email list.

11. Administrator. The Contest will be run through RunYourPool.com with Intrepid Sportswear as the Contest Administrator. Further questions regarding RunYourPool.com should be directed to Mark Kornguth, ATTN: RunYourPool.com, c/o Network Solutions, LLC., P.O. Box 459, Drums, PA 18222.

12. Winners' List. For a list of the winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion (i.e., by May 2, 2012).
